PERSONAL
I have been a resident of Redmond, Oregon since 1992. In 1980 my
husband and I were married in Anchorage, Alaska. Our 3 sons, Travis 28, Justin
26 and Jarred 24 were also born in Anchorage. I received my Realtor’s License
in mid 1993 and proudly displayed my license with Century 21 Gold Country Realty
where I continue to work today. In 2003 I updated my real estate license to a
Broker and in January of 2004, I updated my status to Principal Real Estate
Broker.
My team and I have closed on over 2100 properties from 1993 through 2008.
SUMMARY OF ACCOMPLISHMENTS
- 2008: *#1 Redmond Realtor and Team, Received the coveted Master’s Diamond Award for the top Century 21 Team in Oregon.
- 2007: *#1 Redmond Realtor and Team, **#1Team in the Northwest for Century 21
sales volume and units sold and ***Ranked the #17 Team in the Nation for Century 21 units sold.
- 2006: Another great year with 207 properties sold and more than 56 million in sales.
Once again earning us *Redmond’s #1 Selling Realtor and Team.
- 2005: My team and I sold 276 properties and closed over 54 million in sales. We were again the *#1 Selling Redmond Realtors.
- 2004: Our Team sold 227 properties and closed over 40 million dollars in Real Estate. We are the *#1 Selling Redmond Realtors.
We are also the **#1 Selling Century 21 Team in the Northwest
- 2003: *#1 Selling Realtor and Team in Redmond, selling over 30 million dollars in real estate with 206 sales.
- 2002: I sold over 20 million dollars in real estate in the Redmond area.
- 2001: I sold over 20 million dollars in real estate in the Redmond area.
- 2000: I sold $14 million dollars in real estate in the Redmond area.
- 1999: I sold $18 million dollars in real estate in the Redmond area.
- 1998: I sold $12 million dollars in real estate in the Redmond area.
- 1997: I sold $7 million dollars in real estate in the Redmond area.
- 1996: I sold $5 million dollars in real estate in the Redmond area.
- 1995: I sold $4 million dollars in real estate in the Redmond area.
- 1994: I sold $3 million dollars in real estate in the Redmond area.
- 1993: I made the million dollar club my first year in real estate listing and selling properties in the Redmond area.
AWARDS
- 2008: We received the coveted Master’s Diamond Award for Top Sales Team Performance in Oregon.
- 2007: We received the Double Centurion Award for closing more than 150 transactions and the #1 Century 21 Team Award
for the highest production and unit sales in the Northwest.
- 2006: We once again received Century 21’s highest Grand Centurion Award for selling 207
properties with over 56 million in sales.
- 2005: My Team and I sold 276 properties totaling over 54 million in sales. We again received the highest
Grand Centurion Award given for sales.
- 2004: My Team and I sold and closed 227 properties totaling over 40 million dollars in sales. We received the Grand
Centurion award for outstanding sales. We also received the #1 sales team honors in the Northwest region for sides and gross closed commission.
- 2003: My team and I sold and closed 206 properties totaling over 30 million dollars in sales. I was the #1 residential Selling Realtor in Redmond.
I also had the distinct honor of having the #1 Selling, Century 21 Real Estate Team in the Northwest region (Alaska, Washington, Oregon and Idaho).
We also received the Quality Service award.
- 2002: My team and I sold and closed 135 properties totaling over 20 million in sales. We again received the Double Centurion
Award. We again were the top Century 21 Listing and Selling Realtor Team in the
Northwest region for the most transactions closed and the highest gross closed
commission.
- 2001: My team and I sold and closed 148 transactions totaling 20 million in sales.
- 2000: I again received the highly coveted Centurion Award for selling and closing on 127 property units.
I was also inducted into the Masters Hall of Fame Club. To receive this award, a realtor must have
received the Centurion Award for 5 years out of 7 years. I also received the
International Quality Service Producer Award for giving superior Customer
Service. In addition, I received the #1 Award for the top Real Estate Team in
the Northwest, (Washington, Idaho, Alaska and Oregon) for top units/ properties
sold and top gross closed commissions earned.
- 1999: I received the highly coveted Double Centurion Award for generating a minimum of $300,000 in gross
closed commissions and selling and closing 168 properties. I also earned the
International Quality Service Producer Award for giving superior customer
service. My customers actually nominated me for that award. I also received the
#1 Award for the top Real Estate Team in Oregon, Idaho, Alaska, and Washington
for team sales in gross closed commissions and closed property units.
- 1998: I received for the third time the Centurion Award for selling and closing
141 properties in that year. I was also awarded the Diamond Level Masters Award.
This Diamond Level Masters is awarded to agents who achieve the Centurion Award
for three out of 5 years.
- 1997: I was awarded for the second time the highly coveted Centurion Award for selling and closing 95 property units.
- 1996: I received the Emerald Level Master Award by meeting minimum gross
closed commissions and closing 72 property units. Additionally, I received the
prestigious Centurion Award. This award is bestowed upon only 1% of all Century
21 Realtors by generating a minimum of $150,000 gross closed commissions and or
a minimum of 60 sales units (properties).
- 1995: I received the Ruby Level Masters Award by meeting minimum gross closed commissions and closing 53 property units.
- 1994: I received the Masters Level Award by meeting minimum gross closed commissions and sales unit requirements. I closed on 47
property units.
- 1993: I was licensed half way through the year. I closed 20 property units.
PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS
- In 2009 I successfully completed my CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Educator) certification. I am also a member of
the Central Oregon Association of Realtors grievance committee.
- In 2008 I joined the Women's Council of Realtors and was installed as a Bi-Laws board member which I continue to hold to date.
- In 2004 I upgraded my Real Estate License to a Principal Broker.
- In 2003 I updated my Realtors License to Broker status.
- I earned the CRS (certified residential specialist) designation by having completed advanced courses and demonstrating
professional expertise in the field of residential real estate. The CRS council
is the largest non-profit affiliation of the National Association of Realtors.
- I earned the GRI (graduate of the Realtor Institute) designation by
completing three week long courses and passing an exam at the end of each
session. Cirriculum includes real estate finance, law, the realtor code of
ethics, taxation, and communication skills.
- I earned my CSP (Certified new home sales professional) designation by completing courses and passing an exam.
- I am a member of the Central Oregon Board of Realtors.
- I am a member of the State of Oregon Board of Realtors.
- I am a member of the Redmond Board of Realtors.
- I am a member of the Masters Hall of Fame, Diamond Masters, Centurion and Double Centurion Club.
