Listed and sold 200 acres of commercial shovel ready land inside the UGB to a fortune 500 Co. that chose Lebanon, Oregon to build a distribution center creating 400-600 family wage jobs. Completed many 1031 tax exchange transactions for clients saving thousands of tax dollars that were instead applied to clients future earnings and retirement security. Recently completed our dream home on 20 acres in Sistes, Oregon.
